Healthy Extra B

Wasn't sure where to post this...

I re joined after 2/3 months on monday & I haven't been having my healthy extra B.. Just because I use it on wholemeal bread or hi fi bars and I haven't had time to buy either!

Is it a bad idea to not use them every day & does it affect your losses!?

If you haven't been having bread, how about using a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil for some of your cooking?

You're supposed to have it, as it's supposed to give you fibre (although a) I didn't know olive oil had fibre in it, and b) you probs get all the fibre you need in all the fruit and veg we end up eating!)

Aah, that's a good idea.. didn't know olive oil had fibre in it either!
