Ok so I'm on a green day but am making turkey meatballs for dinner. As a HE b I can have meat so I've looked up turkey but I don't know whether to take the uncooked weight and weigh it before I make the meatballs or take the cooked weight and weigh the meatballs, but then they'll have onion and stuff in them so the weight won't just be the turkey?

I'm so confused :~
