healthy extra question

hi all,
im having meatballs for dinner and the only pasta i have is spirals and they are white, would it matter much if i have them as a healthy extra instead of the wholemeal stuff or what else can i have with my meatballs, i am doing a red day and not really that keen on pasta

they have no fibre in them, HEbs on red are all about the fibre!

I've had my bolognese with butternut squash mash before now, or you could boil up some carrots and mash them? Or have batons?
I just had a bowl of bolognaise the other week and a side salad. I didn't need anything with it tbh.
And in answer to your question, nope, you can't have white pasta hun.
Just have them on their own!!! yummy yummy! or an EE day then it doesn't mater what colour the pasta is!
I normally do things like this on a Red Day, including bolognaise...I either have it stuffed in an aubergine or butternut squash, or I pour them over loads of syn free veg.
