3 ryvita multigrain/sunflower seeds & oats
or
2 original/dark rye/sesame
or
4 original/dark rye/sesame (which confuses me because of the one above! lol)

If you have 2 original/dark rye/sesame there is enough fibre in it to make it a B choice but as you have less it is marked as a speed food.

However, you can have 4 and it count as a B choice.

It's up to you.
 
Oh and you can also have 3 of the new sweet onion or cracked black pepper ryvita as a B choice too.

I was quite pleased about the fruit crunch ones too Sian. They're flipping yummy :D

I tried the sweet onion ones today and they're nice too :D
