Healthy extras/syns

    Hey I was wondering if anyone could tell me if wholemeal pitta breads and wholemeal tortilla wraps class as a healthy extra b? This is on extra easy,
    .if not what are the syn values?

    Also what is the syn values of feta cheese and hummus

    Only the WW wholemeal Pitta counts as a HexB as far as I'm aware and the only wrap is the BFree one available at Asda. Other than that they are synned and vary depending on size/variety etc. You can work them out using 1 syn for every 20 calories.

    If you do a quick search on here, or even using google you can generally find syn values for things that have been asked before :)

    According to a quick search I just did myself, Feta is 45g for a HexA or 3.5Syns per 25g.

    I think houmous varies depending on variety but found this as a general guide:

    Dip, Houmous dip, plain, standard, 1 level tbsp 2½

    Dip, Houmous dip, plain, reduced fat, 1 level tbsp 1½

    If youre a fan of hummous its super easy to make and its free :) Sure if you search for a recipe on here you will find one.x.
