    I think as long as they're in natural juice and not syrup they *should* be ok? And i'm pretty sure they'd be a free food, not a healthy extra?

    I'm VERY new to this though - only started yesterday - so it's probably better to wait to hear from someone who's a bit more experienced than me i think! xxxx

    doesn;t have any kind of oranges, as HEX.

    Try and keep to fresh if possible. But you could wash off the juice quite easily if you think it contains sugar???
