Heart pain or heart burn

I. I think I have heart burn as I had a pain today, but I though it was because I had 1 litre of water in 30. But its a few hours later an still hurts.

Its not my heart muscle dying is it?????

Doubt it but see a doctor if you are worried. If it is heart burn you should be able to get something over the counter to deal with it. Hope you're feeling better anyway

Im fine thanks. I talked to my cambridge diet councilor and was told it was because I drank too much water in one go that was probably a side effect, like 3 liters in one hour. It passed after a while and havent had any more symptoms!
