Heartburn

... I notice that i only seem to get it when im out at a club (drinking water!!) before LT... i never got heartburn.

Anyone else seem to get it more now?

Oh yes hunni every day... i think its because you still have all the acid build up but it doesnt have to do as much work, but still does so jumps up into your throat Maybe wrong tho

Yeah i get it alot. It really **** me up actually because i never have it, only during my pregnancys!! And with my last 2, i had a pang of heartburn and knew straight away i was pregnant so when i got it on this diet, off to the chemist i went shaking like a leaf thinking i was pregnant but turns out im not, its the LT!!!! xx
