Hi, does and body know how many points is in a tablespoon of heartlys strawberry jam coz I cant work it out Ive had lots of failed starts at slimming world lately which has always worked for me in the past but I just cant get my head round it so I am back to weightwatchers and this time I want to make it work!!!!!

A teaspoon is 0.5, so a tablespoon must be 1.5. Better spread it thinly :cry:

According to the nutritional information, it's 3.5pts for 100g, so assuming a 454g jar, its 20pts for the whole jar. Will you get 40 teaspoon fulls from a jar?!
