What are the different types of wholemeal bread that can be used as your Healthy Extra B?

It says
60g of any wholemeal bread
60 g wholemeal roll
2 medium slices wholemeal bread(400g sliced loaf)
2 medium slices gluten free wholemeal /multigrain bread
1 slice wholemal bread (800g sliced loaf)
50 g rye bread
2 slices Hovis Mimble Malted wholegrain/wholemealbread(400g sliced loaf)
1 slice Warburtons wholemeal rye bread (800g thick sliced loaf)
1 BFree Multigrain wrap / quinoa& Chia seed wrap, Wheat and gluten free
1 Kingsmill wholemeal sandwich thin

Tips for success
If u choose a ready made sandwich made with wholemeal bread(beware not granary!), you can count the bread as a healthy extra choice and deduct 6 syns from the syn valueof your sandwich ( unless you have already had your h eaxyra today of course).
