Heating up Lipotrim

    Please can anyone tell me how to make the choc shake hot? Do I make with hot water or microwave? I asked pharmacist but she said not to heat !!:confused:

    hi maxsmum
    I mix mine with a little cold water to make a paste then pour in hot water whilst stirring

    I think if you add boiling water it can destroy the nutrients. I can't remember where I read that though :rolleyes: I do it with the choc tho :)

    I only take the strawberry cold! And if I had went for weeks without ANY nutrients I'm sure I'd have felt it so I'm sure that its ok to heat them...You have to heat the soup surely?!

    There are loads of tips for varying the shakes if you search the stickies and the threads.
    Good luck -do what it takes to find your own niche! :D

    p.s. I mix the shake in a shaker with a little cold water then top up with boiling water. Nice quick and easy! ;)

    hi hun i put my water and 1 sweetner and my choc shake in my shaker shake it like mad take top off shaker put it in the microwave for 3mins 20 sec its nice and hot Mmmmmm love it x
