HEB Cheesecake!


So I've been trying to find a way of making my mini cheesecakes effectively syn free.. I haven't quite managed syn free, but I have got it down to a healthy extra base.

In a bowl mix 28g porridge oats with sweetener (to your own taste) and cinnamon, then add a little water and a few sprays of fry light then press down into a ramekin dish. Cook in the oven on 200° for 10 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Make up half a gelatine leaf as per instructions on pack.

Mix 1/4 tub of quark with sweetener and a teaspoon of vanilla essence, then add the gelatine. Pour over the oat base. Add your choice of fruit to the top and leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
