Does anyone know why the Asda pitta bread are the only ones that qualify as a HEB? ON EE days.

They have very few ingredients so are unprocessed with no oils - most others have lots of additives and preservatives as well as oil

Aldi pitta bread don't have any oil etc in them.
They have exactly same ingredients as asda ones. Its just they are bigger
SO IF I.... weigh it (cutting some off so it weighs 55g) would that be a HEX B

You'd need to phone SW to be sure - the fibre content may be different

If its identical ingredients, how could the fibre be different?

The quantities could be different, and different brands of flour could have different fibre content. If the nutritional info and ingredients are exactly the same then theres a good chance theyre ok, but i really would call to check first
