Luluchick, I'm on day 6, but the first 3-4 days were absolutely awful. I struggled; I was feeling hungry almost all the time, was upset the rest of the time and just wanted to quit. Just try to plough through it though, and you'll soon start to feel better. Lots of water - the LT girl's mantra
- and I found that when I was really hungry a cup of tea soothed the tummy rumbling for a while. Also, have a look around on here for things to do with the shakes to make them more interesting. I like a teaspoon of instant coffee powder mixed into the vanilla one, tastes like vanilla latte
I'm going to try hot water with a chocolate one for a hot chocolatey like drink later, and maybe give a bit of peppermint tea with a chocolate one a go as well. I hope you feel better soon
