Hi Guys
I am in need of a bit of motivation!!! Is anyone on Day 2 the same as me as the people i have read about today all seem to be doing really well and into their second week and i feel a bit sorry for myself xxxx:confused:

Hey, we all have to start from somewhere, beginning with Day 1 then Day 2, Day 3 and so forth. Take each day as it comes, in no time you will be in week 1 then in your first month. It seems like yesterday when I started, I am already in day 11 ( ok it doesn't help you) but trust me the time will fly past. :D

Luluchick, I'm on day 6, but the first 3-4 days were absolutely awful. I struggled; I was feeling hungry almost all the time, was upset the rest of the time and just wanted to quit. Just try to plough through it though, and you'll soon start to feel better. Lots of water - the LT girl's mantra ;) - and I found that when I was really hungry a cup of tea soothed the tummy rumbling for a while. Also, have a look around on here for things to do with the shakes to make them more interesting. I like a teaspoon of instant coffee powder mixed into the vanilla one, tastes like vanilla latte :) I'm going to try hot water with a chocolate one for a hot chocolatey like drink later, and maybe give a bit of peppermint tea with a chocolate one a go as well. I hope you feel better soon :) Your first weigh results will cheer you on, I bet. Looking forward to, and extremely nervous about, mine. Good luck x
