I know a 100g tin is "free", but what about a 400g one?

As far as I know they are free on green but need to double check as they are always changing syn values.

That's right and if it is free for 100g then it is free however much you eat, whether that be 50g, 200g or 500g.

By the way there is a syn values forum further up the main page where you can post questions about the syn values of particular products or foods.
