Helen's Slimfast diary start 16.06.09

Today is day 1. Slimfast is the only diet I haven't tried, i think!

I am having slimfast cereal for brekkie, hope it's nice, expensive like, 3 servings for about 4 quid!!!

I will snack on fruit, shake for lunch and cereal bar this afternoon.

I am going to the gym at teatime then i am having a mackerel salad with boiled egg! WIll have to check cals, i know mackerel is quite fatty but also know you are meant to eat oily fish so will give it a go! Then i might have jelly and meringue if i have enough cals left over.

Will post through the day and hope i can stick to this as i have failed at everything else.

Weighed this morning at 17 stone 4 pound aaaaahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!

Was down to 16 stone 9 about a month ago, never mind look forward!

didn't make it past lunch!! Had a chicken portion and salad, don't think I am gonna be able to get into it. Definately not if I couldn't do day 1.

Might try low carb, ha ha.

Nice meeting you all even if it was for only one day and you never know I might be back!

Remember tho that the first few days are the hardest and then it does get easier. Plus it is ok to eat a meal at lunch then have a shake for dinner, sometimes I'll do that if I'm out at lunchtime etc. Or occasionaly I'll have something for lunch that doesn't go over the 220 cals of a shake instead of having a shake, not very often but that's ok now and again if need be. Slimfast is a very flexible plan.
