Hey, it has been some months since I have posted here. Although I have continued attending SW classes I have basically lost the same few pounds over and over, so last week I decided enough was enough and I rejoined. I thought that with a brand new book and sheet would give me the motivational kick start I need and blimey it really did! I lost 6.5 lbs this week and am grinning like a loon
