    so, it's been over a year since i last signed in, so i'm re-introducing myself

    i'm still fat in case you were wondering!

    i've decided to go no wheat/no sugar and it's working in 37 days i'm down .02 shy of 20lbs (yeah, my scale goes to hundredths)

    i'm a little disheartened because i have SO much to lose, i can't even tell i've lost anything, but the scale doesn't lie right?

    anyway - i'm ready to cheat and have some sugar and some wheat soon, just waiting for my monthly visit - i think that's as good a time as any to cheat

    came back here for a little support and to see if anyone else was going the same route i am with the diet limitations...i dont think i can realistically keep up the no sugar/no wheat thing forever, but it's clearly working, so i'm sticking with it

    SLIMFAST DID NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i was starving.

    Hi WholeWheat, losing nearly 1.5 stone is certainly not to be sniffed at, although I have not heard of the diet. The main thing is to set yourself achievable goals that you can cross off and reward yourself with something special, I love having a facial or manicure but that may not be your cup of tea. Keep focused on where to want to get too and you will reach your goal, why not log your losses on your profile so you can shout to the forum about how well you have done!.

    down 25.5 since last signing in
    it's not a known diet per say
    i just stopped eating sugar and all things wheat
    (and trying to stay away from white potatoes too)
    it's working for now!
