Hi all,

Its been a really long time since ive posted. A good few years I think

Im still doing SW, never stopped but I took my eye off the ball a bit and ive gained some back. So, feeling a bit of a failure as im struggling to get it back off.

I remembered how much I enjoyed coming on here so thought id say hi again and look forward to talking to you all.
