Hi all, hoping to get lots of ideas and inspiration for my long haul on Cambridge diet, I started yesterday and so far so good.
My main reasons to diet are :-
-Lose weight so I am fit, not fat when I reach 40 next July
-Lose weight so I can help with fertility issues
-Learn to stop my habit of comfort eating when times are hard (I previously lost nearly 8 stones on CWP 4 years ago but due to several deaths in people close to me I ate myself fat again
-Feel happier about myself
-get into all the lovely clothes I bought 4 years ago when I lost weight before!!
