Hi Michael

Welcome and well done on the amazing weight loss!!

For the first few days I felt really light headed but it passes with the help of water. I'm on my 10th day and also can't believe I haven't eaten anything:eek:
Its a brilliant diet and the results are defiantly worth it :D

Well done Michael,superb weight loss. Yeah light headedness does happen,just try not stand up to quickly,it passes though. I am on day 9. I have my weigh ins on a Tuesday. Keep going ur almost at the stone Mark!!!! :) x

Well done Michael, im sure you were delighted with that result. Makes is all worth while. I'm on my second week and thank goodness I didnt have dizzyness at all, I do think water is the answer. Plenty of it throughout the day. Good luck for your 2nd week.

Hiya and welcome. Congrats on the loss, that's epic :D

As for the dizziness and feeling faint it actually didn't happen to me till week 5 then went away. I just think it affects people differently and generally only temporary.

Anyway goodluck on your journey, sure you will smash it :D

thats a really good loss, just ensure you drink your water allowance

i got very lightheaded for a few days. it passes. now i have all my senses again, and energy. today i even did a body combat class! it felt great!

Hey Michael, well done on the loss, you must be chuffed!
I'm only on day 2 but I've been getting a bit light headed when I stand up but I think it's normal, just your brain adjusting to the different energy source. Keep it up and talk to your pharmacist if you're worried x
