Hi all
I'm new to this site but like a lot of people I've tried every diet under the sun , the last one being Exante , however as a lady of a certain age lol , the middle age spread has crept in and the time has come to start a change in lifestyle , so once again I am starting with slimming world ( it has worked in the past for me ) , sometimes it's easier to chat with like minded people who understand when we struggle with weight gain hence my joining this site X
