It's incredible that at first on LL all we focus on is what we can't eat and how we feel physically. Once you are in ketosis and if you can have a pop-in during the first week it'll spur you on to see how much you've lost so soon.
After a very short time the psychology of LL takes over and you forget you're on a diet - you are starting a journey of discovery about yourselves - in your head as well as your body. Sorry to get a bit deep so soon............!
