Hi,
I´ve come back to the slimming forums after a year of not wanting to be " on a diet" something I´ve been on, on and off since I was a young teenager.
Trouble is ; All I´ve done is slowly put on weight.
I would really love to feel motivated again. My daughter´s wedding coming up in September should be it but as yet I´m still struggling.
I have 16 or 17lbs to lose and that is to get to a weight I´d be comfortable with. Not the weight I always aspired to. LOL
I´d love to find an online"diet buddy" if anyone else also feels the need of a friend and accountability.
Not planning on following any particular diet plan as yet, ( may change ) just healthy eating; No white bread, no alcohol, no added sugar or processed foods.
