Hello - another restarter

    :) have made that all important phone call after trying desperately to control my own diet for the last couple of years..

    I succeeded in losing weight last time but stuck out Sole source too long and losing hair freaked me I must admit. Stupidly I quit altogether..

    I'll be doing SS + according to my new counsellor (we moved to Wales in between this time), and will be eating a small low carb (veggie as I'm vegetarian) meal. :) Will be nice to still eat.

    Look forward to seeing you all! Hope to report a small loss this week as will be preparing for next week. :)

    Well done on your weight loss! That's great losses!! wish I'd started at new year.. kidded myself I didn't need a diet that I could be 'good'! Who was I kidding? :rolleyes::8855:

    well.. not CD and won't kickstart ketosis but thought i'd try slimfast for the week before CD.. just to get me used to NOT having meals all the time and stop me eating rubbish! :eek: If nothing else I may lose a lb or two which will help lets face it. :)

    Can't wait for next week now. :)
