well there is zero snow where i am lol but at his mams it was thick. we couldnt get home they fae the west we in the east.

i ve done fine today my first day of extra easy. Now i m on a munchy lol must be psychological. i ve had a muller light pot of total zero with sweetner and honey cup of choccy options having sweet cravings lol

yea i had bit of a chocie binge earlier part from that really good lol how the extra easy is it actually easy lol

dunno i guess it is cos all red and green free fod is free so you dont have to think so much will be good for me when i m at work i m gonna dig out my food flask.
i m off to bed gotta get up early. not working till 5pm tom but i m doing a sleep over so need to be up at 7.15am sat better start ajusting now night xx and good luck.
