Hi all :p

Just a quick introduction to say hello. Started WW last week and due to weigh in tonight so fingers crossed. I have been a member of minimins for about a month now and have been reading all your inspiring stories and think this is a fabby site. I have been yo-yo dieting for 20 odd years and am now determined to finally get rid!!! Have been doing the points for the last week and have found it really easy although I have not been using them all, but I think I should be!!! Anyway, here are my first 4 targets and hopefully will get beyond. Speak soon

Starting weight 15st 4lbs :(
1. lose 7lbs
2. get to 14st
3. lose 7lbs
4. get to 13 st

Welcome to Minimins! I joined WW last month and it has been such a help and encouragement to be able to come on here. Also check out the thread about low point food people have discovered, get some good tips! All the best, and let us know how your W.I went!! :):)
