Hey Everyone,

I'm new to the site but not to dieting! I've already lost 1.5 stone by the Motivation Diet (which is approx 800 calories a day and mostly protein) but I fell off the wagon at Christmas and then went on Hols to China and Vietnam for 3 weeks so I gained!
I'm getting married in October and just purchased my dress yesterday so now I have a goal to work for. I really want to lose 1 more stone so I'm 10.5 stone and a loose size 12. I'm going to go back to WW plan as it was very restrictive on the Motivation as I've weddings, hens, christenings, holidays coming up. I think with WW there is more freedom for socialising. I've got apps to track on iPhone and iPad and now I've joined here so I'm hoping I'll have support along the way.
Do any of ye have any advice for a girl in need?
