Hi!

OK, so I got to 13 stone this year which I hate so I want to nip it in the bud before it gets out of hand! My problem is, I have M.E...so I can't really do more exercise (which is where the weights come from) than walking..if that some days. For those who don't know, M.E. is an illness where the main symptom is extreme fatigue..I also have horrible headaches among other things! I actually feel sick if I stand up too long some days! :(

About a year ago, I was around 11st 7lb and had a healthy BMI, then I got to Uni and didn't have someone making my food when I was feeling ill, so I grabbed whatever was handy because it was actually exhausting to go downstairs and make something decent!

So basically, trying to work everything out right now! Finding new things to cook which don't take too much standing up and not buying the junk in the first place!

Realistically, I just want to be back in my old clothes again :D (I've gone from an average size 12 to a big 14) But I wouldn't mind losing a bit more..!

I've lost 4lbs since I realised I'd hit 13stone..about a week ago now! Just from eating a bit better. Hoping not to have a "flare up" so I don't go back to my old ways!!

hi and welcome to the forum, what diet are you doing? congratulations on losing 4lbs so far. Take it one day at a time, and when you have good days try to exercise and if you can't do any don't beat yourself up over it, and good luck on your weight loss journey
