Ive been on here for a few months now but havnt really done more than look, and decided to start actually posting and giving people more support if thats ok?
Well, my weight issues have been there since i was called fat when i was 8, but of course, as a child your confidence isnt too knocked, but when i hit 13 that was it, my confidence was wrecked, oddly, as i started to get thinner (the age when the fat goes to other places hehe) i started to get more insacure, it wasnt nice and by 14 i was doing stupid things like surviving on one apple a day i know now how important health is, but back then, i didnt, and for around 2 years i was dieting stupidly, i was a very small size 8, but a unhappy one. So i started to eat normally again, and became a wonderfull size 10 and i loved it, i looked healthy, i stayed a 10 until i was 18, and after leaving collage, failing to get a job for a while thus turning to the tv and comfort/bordom eating, i was fat again! But im not silly about diet and health anymore, i dont want to be starving, i want to be fit, active and healthy! Im a size 18 right now :/ and i know i can be that healthy toned size 10 again, with me its excercise! I know to get to the shape i want to be, i have to do it, because sitting around for 6 months not doing anything was what got me into this mess, its crazy how easily the weight piles on! Anyway, i now walk 5 miles a day, and do yoga most days, as its getting less of a challange for me now, im adding 45 minutes on the cross trainer 3x a week + cycling 3x a week. Im not on a set diet (thats why i was worried about writing as i know most people are on a certain diet, is it ok that im not? ) I just eat really healthy foods, mainly raw, and the only carbs i have are at breafast time...
so, sorry to bore you with my long post! just thought i would introduce myself as ive been sitting reading everyone elses posts for a while now hehe
p.s No more yoyo dieting! A healthy lifestyle from now on :)

Hi Rhi.b and welcome to minimins. It sounds like you have got your head in the right space to tackle your weight issue. Good for you. Your exercise regime is great. You are taking a healthy eating approach to losing weight and that is working for you. You might prefer to post in healthy eating or calorie counting sections of the forum. As this is the lipotrim forum, there will be little talk of food other than on the maintenance section. lots of luck with your diet and hope you get to goal soon.
