I am not really new to this site but it has been about a year so thought I would re-introduce myself :)

I am Lauren and I have 30 lbs to lose and I really hope to do this on the slimming world plan!

I have been off the plan for a year but it was a lovely surprise to sign back on here and notice that I am 16lbs lighter than the last weight I entered! I havnt really been trying to diet but me and my boyfriend of 5 years broke up in September, what they say about the heartbreak diet is true...!

Any way, I hope to lose another 30 odd lbs to reach my target by doing mainly red days (don't know if anyone still does these or if it's all EE?)
