Hello Everyone!

LollyPop

One Day at a Time
Hi Everyone

I want to do a sky dive to raise money for my local scout group on my birthday next year 13/03/2013.
Right now I'm just too heavy!
:sigh:

So it's time to lose weight, the best way I know how...

I'm on Day Two of Sole Source and feeling great so far... I planned well and started on Saturday knowing I had a full week off work to get into the swing of things.

It's funny, but the two things I most looked forward to was coming back on here and chocolate tetras - yummy!

Not sure how much I'll be around here this time, last time got addictive - but would love to chat, swap stories etc as much as I can, without ex-communicating my son and hubby completely
:D

Much love

Yep I'd forgotten how good they taste - strangely I'm quite liking banana and strawberry this time around although I hated them before - v.strange!
I'm pretty much a tetra junkie - can't be bothered faffing around with shakes and soups - don't mind the porridge though!

I always used to have the tetra shakes, however I now use the powdered ones and mix them with ice and water in the blender, and I think I prefer them as they last much longer and taste kinda like a milkshake..

Good luck with your weight loss. Brave woman doing that for charity

Welcome back lollypop and wishing you every success. Look forward to reading your posts as you shrink and you'll be at goal before you know it :)

Thank you all... it's funny but the fact that its for a charity really close to my heart plus one of my "must to before I get too old" things I want to do it seems to motivate me more than just to lose weight... I'm bored of trying to lose weight for its own sake - there's no motivation in that for me... I can't wait to jump... and be several stone lighter too!

Plus they last do much longer if they're frozen (I prefer them almost frozen - like a slushy milkshake!!)

My consultant says they are lush frozen. I have never tried them frozen but will definitely do this in the summer.

I keep mine in the freezer for my evening treat. Take it out an hour and a half before I want it (sometimes longer if it's a cold night) cut the top off and it's yummy chocolate ice cream!

Sounds weird but make sure the carton doesn't tough anything in the freezer as it goes icy and hard at that bit!

Lou xx
