    Hi everyone! :D

    I'm brand new but have been calorie counting for nearly 4 weeks now. I've lost 10.5lb in this time! I've been using MFP because it's so easy.

    I'm Kate and happy to be joining a forum for advice etc!

    Well done on that loss already..WTG!!
    Keep up the good work and keep posting.. and do start your own diary a.s.a.p...it's a good way for tracking you and lending our support and encouragement amongst other things.

    Hi and welcome! You're doing brilliantly so far :)

    I've had to slink back in (after brilliant weightless cc-ing in 2011) as I've put some back on and it needs to go again. It really does work.

    Hi Kate welcome! What a brill loss so far, you must be proud!! Cal counting is really a brill approach to weightloss. Good luck!
