Hi All
I know I've already made one post, but thought it would be good to introduce myself.
The first time I did SW was about 15+ years ago, (a lot has changed since then)when I lost 3 st. A few yrs later I had my daughter & returned to target.
Once I went back to work I found it very difficult to plan and that has been my excuse ever since, having been 1-11/2 st over target for about the last 10 yrs!!!
Earlier in the year I decided that it was time now to get back to target, NO MORE EXCUSES!! & last time I weighed I had about 3lb to go. Although I haven't weighed over the last few weeks as I have been very bad!!! (not going to class, SO MUST WEIGH MYSELF TODAY!!)
Don't think I've done too much damage though!!
Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you all.
