After living the last 8 weeks kicking the smoking habit, it's left me at the heaviest I've ever been in my life (including both times I was 9 months pregnant). If I can quit the ciggies then I can definitely get a handle on my diet. I want to be fit and fifty not fat and fifty. I'm hoping that this forum will be a good help and support.

I've chosen Slimming World because it's the least restrictive of all the diets I've done over the decades. To break me in gently I'm following the extra easy plan. Already I'm looking up the syns value for cocoa powder o_O

Yep - this is day 2 of week 1. Wish me well :)
