Hello from a Newbie

Hi guys,

I just joined this forum as I was searching for slimming world and this seemed a really good one. :)

I am due my first weigh in on Thursday night, have done slimming world before a couple of years back but am hoping to lose weight and keep it off this time.

Today I have had:

Breakfast:
Omelette (using half of my milk allowance of HEA)

Dinner:
Omelette (using remainder milk of my HEA)
grilled bacon.

Tea:
Grilled Turkey
Syn Free Chips (potatoes as HEB)
2 slices of wholemeal bread (HEB)
tbsp chilli sauce 0.5 syns.

Gonna have some fruit in a bit.
 
At a glance, I'd say EAT MORE! lol

Lol I was pogged. I dont normally eat breakfast so am trying to make sure I do. Plus the piece of turkey I had was mahoosive, lol.

Just had a load of pineapple and my lips are stinging now lol.
