Never Give Up
Hi all.
I don't know how many remember me, but I just want to re introduce myself and declare to the world basically im back and ready to kick the last 2 stone off my bum for good!
Quite a lot has happened over the past 9 months, I think the last time I was on here, I had just met my boyfriend (and was very new to being able to juggle relationship and everything else).
Well... Im still with my boyfriend and we are now living together. We've been in our own place just over a month , and now that the summer holidays from uni have finally kicked in I feel this will be the best time to be able to tackle my last step of my journey, to the finishing post. I have my DVD set up and ready to go for when I feel i need a good kick up the bum.
Im going to schedule my exercise into my diary so i will have no excuse not to do it, and as we have 2 rooms in the flat and the living room it will be much easier to do the DVD and not make the excuse of I dont want to wake my boyfriend up.
I hit my goal of 12 stone in febuary this year, but that went up to 12 stone 7lbs between Feb and June. I have also now been precribed the pill so im hoping that doesnt knock back any efforts im putting in. I have 2 more stone to lose before ill be classed as healthy, so im giving myself as long as it takes to get there..
Bring on the next 28lbs to be gone forever, and for the exercise to be kicked back into action as ive been scared to do it since i blacked out last year.
