I am doing WW from the small island of Malta. We have no meetings here and very few ww products reach my tiny little island. I decided to try ww out last year after some friends of mine who live in the UK went on it and were very successful. Of course the meetings really helped them but I had to make do without so I did it on my own and lost 7.5 kg in 6 months but then I stopped counting and gained nearly half of that all back.
I now decided to join a forum to perhaps help me keep on track this time. Food temptation in my country is EVERYWHERE...but on the flip side..we have lots of fresh produce sold at every street corner and fish is cheap and abundant so..ww here I come !!
