Hi All,

I joined up yesterday as I have started the CWP. I am British and live in Singapore. I was amazed to find they do this diet here and never tried it before.

My diet started last week with being on 1500 cals which included one shake then this week is 1200 cals which includes 2 shakes. The plan being that from next week I'm on the three shakes and SS.

Is this phasing in usual? To be honest the last couple of days have been rough and think this is how I will be on SS anyway even though I'm on 1200 cals now!

I wonder if it is because I'm trying to limit the food to the actual end of the day (trying to prepare myself for shakes for the most of the day) and not necessarily eating the 1200 cals.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Hey sammy, congrats on starting cd is such a good diet I'm always happy when people find it!

I've been on cd for just under 3lbs months and have lost just over 3 stone. I was on ss + but am now mud working back up the steps to maintenance currently on step 3 and I have to say I'm finding it much harder than ss +! I think its because at least with ss/ss + youre in ketosis so don't feel hungry. On the higher steps I feel starving!!

Officially I think cwp recommend working down the steps but must people don't, I started on ss +. Do you have much to lose? If your bmi is over 40 I think you have to stay on a higher step otherwise its usually ok to start lower.

Best of luck,
Violet x

Thanks

Hi Violet,

Thanks for the welcome and reply. I don't have that much to lose I guess but I think I will be better of going into SS which will be on Monday anyway. I hope the first few days are not that bad as I need to be mentally alert and be able to concentrate at work.

Is it that bad?

Hi there,

Nice to know that someone is nearby. How long have you been doing the CWP in Singapore?

I don't know if your interested but I would be keen to have a diet buddy to chat with or even meet up?

Hi again!

Let me know how best to contact you? Is there an option to message privately on this board so we can exchange contact details?
