just thought i would pop in n let you all know that i have decided to start tfr again next week  lol
my bmi has gone up to 26 since i had my gallbladder removed as i have been eating anything and everything 'making up for things i couldnt have when i had the gallstones' i have felt constantly hungry, so have decided to get my butt in gear and do something about it before i get bigger n bigger.
so as of monday i will be on tfr, probably for two-three weeks, please do expect the odd moan as i have heard it is harder the second time around
i kind of feel a bit like a failure as i have maintained so well until my gallbladder removal a few weeks ago but after that have been in takeaway bliss 'big smack' worst thing is i havent really enjoyed eating it, was more convenience where i have been feeling tired etc after the op, i have just found it hard to get back into the swing of things so feel that a break from food is what i need and a good old lipotrim detox
enough waffling from me, hope ur all well
