Rebel without a calorie
Thought I'd drop a line in here to say hi. I'm not new to Minis but have recently had to move from Atkins to my own diet due to gallstones. So much conflicting advice about the best diet to follow that I've decided to low fat, reduce calories but still keep my carbs down as I also have PCOS. I'm addicted to My Fitness Pal now as it's the best way for me to keep track during this trial period to find out what's best for me. I've lost weight on VLCDs but regained 2 stone after giving up smoking 6 months ago and developing the gallstone problem so now need to find a pain free way of eating and losing the weight if that's possible!
