Hello! I am new here!

Hello and welcome to the forum, i'm sure you'll find lots and lots of support in the SW section and good luck on your weightloss journey

I struggled with the staying to class whenever I was at SW, a 7pm start and by the time all the weigh-ins were done I would've happily eaten the scales! Although I did start to get weighed and then had a diet coke and one a cereal bar to keep me going, whilst waiting for the class to start properly.....just an idea, as I reckon them scales just won't taste too nice :D
