HELLO !! Im back ..day One..

Hello..

Well i'm back on CD, been off for 9 weeks and eaten exactly what i wanted and only put on 6lb...

but its time to shift a couple more stone,
Im hoping i can do SS for 2 month and loose the 2 stone,
Just in time for my hol to Eygpt in march.

Hope you all had a super Christmas, and santa brought you all you wanted,

Been to get my packs today and was given a free sample of the CD pasta in mushroom sauce pack (soon to be realesed)
So will let you know what it like..
