Hello guys,

I'm not sure any of you will remember me I was a regular poster on here a few years back but with one thing and another I haven't been on here much. I have recently been popping in and out of the forums to see how everyone is doing and I am really inspired you all, especially those who have stayed the course.

I was going to restart Cambridge but have decided to do Weight Watchers instead, I think steady and slow is the best option for me at this time. I joined my local group last night and have been reading all the literature today I am feeling very excited about it all. I have a wonderful partner who is being really supportive. He eats quite well and loves to cook so guess who'll be spending most of theirs time in the kitchen over the coming months :D

Anyway I must dash off for a bit I think I'll post a message on the Weight Watchers forum just to introduce myself.

Take care guys and I'll be back soon to update you all xxx

Lucky you having a partner who loves to cook!! Does he have a brother on the market? ;)

I think that slow and steady is a sensible route - but steady doesn't always mean slow at all... it's a lot quicker in the long run than ending up on the gerbil wheel of yo-yo dieting. I hope that WW is a good fit for you, and well done just making the resolution to start. Hope the early stages are going well for you!
