Just a quick update-been on it for 31 days exactly and lost 16lbs...hoping it will speed up a bit now tbh as I have as lot to lose before I go on holiday. I honestly haven't been tempted to cheat at all. Water flavouring makes the water easier to get down. And I'm loving how easy it is right now.
