Hello im back :-)

    Hello everyone so I'm back :)
    Started today!!
    I was 16 stone 2
    Went to 10 stone 11
    Been off shakes for around 5 months now
    And weight around 12 and a half stone. :(
    Want to lose 2 stone. Giving myself around 7 - 8 weeks to do this xxxxxx

    I no tell me about it. I have tried to do it before and gave in my the end of the day lol
    Feel I am back to being self conscious again and don't want to go back to where I was. I no if I get today and tomorrow out of the way I'll be ok as back at work Wednesday so I have something to take my mind off it. But on a good note. All my house work is done today lol and I'll do my ironing later and will have my little girl to entertain lol. Just trying to take my mind off it. I have no rubbish foods in the house. Going to go shop later and get some water to as can't drink tap water lol apart from doing my shakes with :)
    I do actually feel motivated. It's the weekends I struggle more with. XxX

    Going to do pics again as that's what kept me going last time. Even though I felt no diff the pics told a diff story. So fingers crossed. This forum tends to keep me going to I'll be glued to hear too lol

    Best of luck with it. You sound like your in the zone this time. I tried a couple of times between this time n my last time, no good. Don't think i did a week in all. Lol keep us posted as to how your getting on. xxx

    Thanks everyone. Nice to the rooms haven't changed and I can still come for help :) went and just got loads of water. And done decaf coffee. Felt shaky this morn. As I just drink loads lol xxx

    Wooo, your photos are amazing.. Your figure is stunning! Did you exercise much before when on diet.
    I'm worried I'll end up with a saggy belly if i lose to fast x

    No I never did any before. Any when I was doing it and only just started like bike riding etc nothing to extreme like marathons etc ?? hehe
    I have a saggy tummy. Pic hides it well. It's not huge but I blame it on my daughter lol xxx

    Photos are so inspiring arent they. When i feel down i always look through them and it gives me more will power. I'm gona join gym and try to do some classes or something and weights to tone up. Tbh if i lost another 10lbs i'd be more than happy to go the gym/ healthy eating route for last 9lbs. Its hard being on diet in summer but its easier as i'd get really cold..x

    Rubbish. Caved. Second time around. Feel motivated well thought I was. 6:00 hits and I give in :( so annoying because I want it so bad at the same time I can't get my ass in to gear. Tomo I need to prove to myself I can do it or it's just not worth the disappointment xxx

    Hi Roxie. Today is another day. Its so hard but u can do it. What helps me is, I throw leftovers out straight away or put them in fridge. I still tend to lick my finger after poking it in something but i'm gradually stopping that. Even given my baby calpol and if it run on finger i'd lick it, lol but i'm
    starting to reach for cloth now. I'm hoping this diet will teach me about my bad habits! Try to cook your daughter stuff you cant pick at or that u dont like.
    AND once u get the urge drink water and come on here, talk to someone or look through the photos! Its always rewarding after u succeed in not letting urself down. I have no support here. Himself works long hours and no-1 else knows i'm doing if as i hate the "dont do that diet comment" etc.... Anyway i'm usually around for a chat.. Good luck today, x
