hello im considering it, i know everyone is different but...

    how much has you lost in how many weeks, i did lipotrim last year and lost 3 stone in 8 weeks but im not sure what cd is like and if the shakes taste the same
    toward the end the end they were making me gag on lt.
    im nervous, i dont know if i can do it all again, i was covered in bruises last time but im really unhappy and i want to be myself again and happy. not thin, just comfy, id like to be a small size 14 just 12!
    would anyone mind telling me their stories so far

    Loads of encouraging stories on here. But you have to do what makes you feel comfortable. If you find it a chour, more likely you will struggle and possibly fail.

    Have a look around hun, I hope you find what you're looking for.

    Weightloss on CD SS or SS+ is pretty much the same as LT, so no worries there.

    Whether it tastes better depends on personal tastebuds, but there's many more flavours on Cambridge so possibly easier to find a flavour (or few) that suits you. The ready made drinks are very popular, especially the chocolate which is yum in coffee BTW. The bars (from week 3) are really nice too.

    As for the bruising, that's usually caused by your body needing extra vitamin K. Talk to your pharmacist. There's a supplement called Synkavit that should help.

    Above all, stay positive. Think of all the great things about the diet. The fast weightloss, the fact that you don't have to worry about cooking, weighing, counting. Focus on what it gives you, not what you can't have and you'll be fine.

    Since April 2009 I have lost 7 stone. :):):) Another 4 to go and I will be at goal! WAHEY!!! :)

    Hi, I started cd May 11th 2009 and have lost nearly 9 stone. It's a fab diet with great results but you need to be focused and 100% in the right frame of mind for it as that is half the battle but as you have already experienced LL i'm sure you know that already. Good luck with it all and this is a fab place for support too xx.
