Hello im new anyone on the CURVES diet plan

thankyou I got the book from Curves gym
its a high protien diet but you are allowed some carbs
phase one 1 week 1200 cals
phase two 3 weeks 1500
then 30 days 2000/2500 cals but skipping to phase one if u gain 1kg plus
So far its working for my but its very strick plus im going on hoilday soon so will GAIN theres not many folk on it so board already
thanks may just go back to SW and do more red days
