Just wanted pop by, I keep seeing things on the website but have never registered on here before. I am a SW member and tonight reached target I have lost 4.5 stone and gone from an 18 to a 10 and I feel amazing.

Just back on here after a while away lol, Hunskie if you see this, I've lost 64lbs in total now. I readjusted my weight loss target so I should now remain around the 131lbs mark, 9st 5lbs for UK residents. I love my new figure, just needs toning up a wee bit due to mummy tummy ha ha!
